Bim administration stuck in the past and are letting talent waste away instead of fostering competition to let talent rise. Letting Dowrich, Brooks, Harding, Moseley, Stoute etc. Play while the young talent lose the blow in the wind.
Boucher and Clarke should've played instead of recalling Dowrich.

How are they going to produce when the can't get into the Bim team.
Drakes waited till he was 28 before he got a chance. Boucher 26, Springer? ...
Just wheel out unproductive seniors over and over until way past time.
Hopefully , Zachary Carter, Dorne and Micah Greenidge get to join Wickham and Boucher.

Boucher has underperformed since u16.this is a kid that was invited to try out for the u19 team at 15.maybe he is maturing at 26 plus.
