The fourth umpire is out there, holding an umbrella over his head and angling it to avoid the wind. More large covers are arriving, but due to the strong winds, the groundsmen are having difficulty dragging them near the run-up and ring area. Harshith informs me that the weather forecast is not looking good. There will likely be more rain in the coming hours.
