I don't think Imusic or VOR are haters.
Imusic love for cricket started during Stanford's time, being Trini who loves jump and wave, music that is fast and short, it was a format that suited him.
VOR loves Windwards and Leewards.
Jumpy, on the other hand, is anti-Bajan players, referring to Sammy and anyone who voted against WIPA's proposal during the previous two strikes.

I agree with you that the musician and VOR are not haters, Jumpy is a juvenile who seeks to discredit Bajans cricket over the past 25 years.

musician knows cricket he's a shyte stirrer moreso than a hater with time on his hands.lol He would like to wish away the historic giant role of Bim in Windies cricket. VOR is a revo fanatic who secretly wants to be trini. lolJumpy reads a lot then distorts Bim's remarkable input to WI cricket to boost his tit breddrin

Thanks to BCL and the T20 format, T&T found a space in the history of West Indies cricket.

and in so doing, saved west indies cricket from the irrelevance. larry gomes by the way was a wisden cricketer of the year in 1984 and also the 3rd highest ranked batsman of that year. i know allyuh love to eliminate him from history, and im hoping is not because of factors outside the cricket field or beyond his control, but he was an extremely important member of the 80s team

Why do you indulge them bruh?

When it comes to cricket, there is no comparison between Barbados and T&T in terms of historical achievement prior to the invention of colour TV.

Barbados in that time was infinitely superior to everyone else in the region……much less to T&T.

They had Gary Sobers.

We had Prince Bartholomew. Nuff said.

That these posters continue to live and fantasize about that era, and feel the need to make themselves feel good by making a cricket comparison between Barbados and T&T in that time…..is instructive cool

I will never be a fan of the Oilers or Eskimos, but everyone knows both teams are better than Calgary.
I have stopped at the Pompous signs on my way into Edmonton, which read, "Home of Champions."
If Dallas Cowboys fans can call themselves America's team and Edmonton the Home of Champions, I hope you see where I am going.
The Barbados cricket association provide almost every team yearly with a Barbadian player. I was shocked seeing a Bajan in the Redforce squad last CPL.

I would be shocked too seeing that I’m not aware there is a Red Force team in any form of cricket anywhere in the region recently. .

I remember when the yardies, Tits and other referred to Otis Gibson and Sammy with some vile and nasty names and many to this day continue with the same comments. This my friend is insularity as the highest level and divide.

I think that you should read the original post from your friend before you start chat shoite.

We have only produced 4 players of merit since Lara, e.g Shiv, Sarwan, Gayle and Roach.

Am I insular, being a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers?

I grew up being a fan of the BCA, whether you call it insular or whatever, I will die being a loyal fan.
My two favourite teams in the region are Barbados and Guyana.
T&T cricket history, as far as I am concerned, started with Stanford T20, more gimmicks and long ball hitting.

I always compare long ball hitting to Golf Long drive .
No one in golf calls the long drive format golfing.

Jumpy always speak of the amount of money being made in the format. Which is good. How many of these guys will make it into the ICC HOF?

We Steelers enjoy competing for the Super Bowl, sending players to the Pro bowl and having Hall of Fame players.

So what are we to make of Otis Gibson finding himself in a management position in the TKR set up?

Given the ole talk you'd think Trinis, players and owner, won't want him around.

Grown men on here just being mischievous all around!

Ottis was hired by the owners of the franchise, not bravo or pollard, as coach of KKR(bowling) and its subsidiary TKR. Bravo and Pollard, being professionals, will do what is best for the team. I’m sure the ugly man ain’t the first person they’d choose to work with but professionalism dictates that you don’t need to like the person in order to work with them.

how much WI cricketers in the icc HOF are penniless now? Gregg Chappell fell on seriously hard financial times recently, and he played for Australia............i suspect the situation may be worse with hall of famers outside of that country
