I have no hate for any of those players. A matter of fact I am on record calling for Russell to return to the team for the last world cup, but he overstayed his welcome. Pollard, Bravox 2 and Pooran are all underminers, PD and mercenaries. I have no issues with them personally but with their ways. Sunil is stayed away as he knew he would be under a different microscope than the IPL Circus. A reasonable business decision.

Bishop is good, just gets carried away with the hyperboles. Ganga is oftentimes annoying and stiff, while Badree is too dam biassed.

Better they bring back ' Notebook' at least he is entertaining.

I wouldn’t say hyperboles. He sometimes over analyzes and can come across as “preachy”

Ganga is similar in that regard. He is knowledgeable but not exactly likeable.

Badree is good, but I can’t get over the fact that he ends nearly every sentence with an “uh”.
Example - “he just missed that ball down the leg sideuh”

It’s highly annoying and detracts from his commentary to the point where I really don’t like to hear him when he comes on.

Fazeer is a good commentator but man that guy can complain. He comes across too often as whiny even though what he’s saying is factual.

Of all the region’s commentators, I like Andrew Mason the most. He knows the game, he enjoys the game, he’s engaging and interactive.

His style is all his own and yes, he too can be annoying……but I can live with it

I was watching when Hope dismissed himself and did not find anything objectionable about Badree's statement. In fact, I thought he got it wrong with the "lights out" statement and he should have said "light on" instead after Hope rattled the stumps
