Which West Indian fan doesn't think highly of Rovman.

Are you insinuating that your countryman Edrich is not a West Indies fan?

I have to examine your conclusion that there is nothing as a natural leader. From that statement should one also conclude that there are no natural followers.

“Natural followers” is a term I have never heard before

Care to explain?

" Natural follower " as I attempt to define the term, I will divide it into two categories; 1. Those that are determined from history/experience or by reason that their best and only roles is to follow and/or support. 2. Those that are too weak to lead in any area so they follow.

And you personally know people like this?

What I mean is that everyone is a follower in some way

And equally everyone is a leader in some way, however small or what can be termed insignificant

I have known lots of people who others think are leaders becos they are loud and bash but get to know them and you will find they are merely putting up a front and hardly know or understand what they boast about

And I have known people who are quiet and unassuming but get to know them and you will find a steely personality. It is just that they don’t care and can’t be bothered about outwardly showing leadership

It all goes back to my posit about all leadership arguably is situational

I see your point about situational leadership, however if we look at group dynamics there is one person that is going to make the most important decisions.(In many groups)That person gains respect and/or admiration from the rest of the group because of there, guile, charisma, strength etc. I think when we speak about a natural leader we are referring to such a person. In the same way there are stars on a team and heroes in a battle there are people we call natural leaders. Moreso, because we see them to better fit the role vs other leaders.
