I think it has been an exciting tournament with many close matches. What would be nice is if we can get some of the more recognised overseas players in the CPL next time around. Seales has really improved as a bowler from his time in county cricket. Tim David's time in the Caribbean playing for the Kings showcased his talent and got him into the Aussie side.
What is hurtful though is that for all the t20 cricket being played across the world, our players are still not winning consistently in our favoured format. The running between the wickets needs to improve along with the ability to play spin. Until these issues are resolved, the W.I will continue to struggle. One thing that this tournament brings is allowing the emerging players to showcase their talent, perhaps giving them the opportunity to play for our storied team.
