Saint Lucia Kings have won the toss and have opted to bat

David Wiese:
David Wiese: We are going to bat. Just a day game, we are not sure how the wicket is going to act under sun, may get slower after the first innings, also we have not had the opportunity to bat first and we want to cover all bases. It is completely different conditions, the conditions are a lot hotter and the wicket might be little dry, so we have to adapt quickly.

Imran Tahir:
We are really up for it. Unfortunately the results didn't go our way in the last couple of games, there has been a lot of learnings and stuff. We and try improve every game, hopefully today is a perfect game. We are bowling first and bowl really well, try and restrict them as less as we can and chase it down. Keemo is out and Brooks is in.

Pitch and Conditions:
Absolutely brilliant conditions out here in the middle. It is 29 degrees and feels a lot hotter. The temperatures here are scorching. We have moved two pitches eastwards. They have maintained equidistant boundaries square of the wicket and 76 meters down the ground. This one looks better than what we have seen before, there isn't that mosaic on the pitch and because of the sun beating down, there will be some help for the spinners. There is live grass on the middle of the pitch and it will hold it together," informs Samuel Badree.

Pretorius to Charles, FOUR, too straight - on middle and leg, Charles gets the faintest of contacts on the glance and the ball races to fine leg. Pretorius got away with one early in the over but not this time

Motie to Seifert, out Caught by Hassan Khan!! Motie strikes! Early wicket for the Warriors. The in-form Seifert departs cheaply. Flighted delivery and there is a hint of turn, Seifert stays leg-side and tries to go down the ground, the ball skies off the outer half and Hassan settles near extra cover, takes a few steps back and reverse cups it safely.

Shepherd to Ackeem Auguste, FOUR, shot! Short and banged into the surface, sits up nicely at Shepherd's pace and Auguste dismisses the pull, gets into a nice position and nails it over mid-wicket. No need to run for that..
