Who said cricket is dead in Jamaica?
Watching some brilliant young cricketers playing for their respective highs schools, both STETHS and Tacky High demonstrating that there are future Jamaican and West Indian cricketers in the making with both bat and ball.

Tacky 153 for 9 after 20 overs, will be interesting to see how well STETHS replies to this total.

This opening bowler J. Wynter from Tacky looks like one to watch, first ball LBW, then two dropped catches from his teammates in the same over, very disappointing fielding from Tacky.

Watching 14 year old Odeen Binns of STETHS batting well against much older players. He is a national youth representative, now with a half century. Youth already knows how to bat outside of his crease, with a barrages of shots all over the grounds and over the boundary.

History: STETHS is arguably the #1 cricket school in the Yaad.

STETHS won the Under 19 Title, as 14 year old National Representative Odeen Binns 71 not out, definitely one to watch for the future, JCA and CWI should put some investment into this Youth. He is not surprising the MVP of the finals. All-rounder Tyrick Bryan, another future player, demonstrated talent with both bat and ball.

Jamaica seems to be having a very active high school system, unlike Guyana which appears to have kicked cricket out of schools

Guyana and all regional countries need to plan, implement, and develop their high school and grassroots cricket programs, if we intend to discover the next Clive Lloyd.
