What is more likely is a Venezuelan owned franchise in Trinidad; or a Surinamese in GUY?

Need a heterogenous population to make franchise 2 viable

Maybe we ensure that giants like JAM and Antigua keep their single franchises first!

so why not form his own franchise? There are lots of players available. He can even build his own ground if he chooses to do so. I am sure that would increase his popularity!
