Congrats to TKR. I will admit that I did not think the old men had the legs to go the distance but this is more an indictment against the rest of the teams in CPL than anything that they just could not push them men out. Gladdest for DJB. The man is really a ... Champion!!!

Your mindset on this topic is typical of many here and in the region.

You can’t bring yourself to acknowledge just how GREAT “them men” are. No matter what they’ve achieved or how many times they’ve won, fheylll always be seen as “lesser than”.

It really is quite sad.

I know that you are trolling.
However, Tits won because of Mudlands inept performances.
too many mistakes throughiut the torunament finally caught up with them.

BTW: I am not taking away from Tits win,
They were better prepared and had a fairly well established starting 10 out of 11.
Mudland needed openers, tacticians, and managers.
Tahir is not a leader.
Only consistent bastman was Hope, who got a jaffer last night.
Quality bowling by Hosein.

Tits looked like they had game plans and executed.

They took 5 years to win again. I think they should call it quits while on top because it may take another 5 years to win again.

So they looked like they had planned and executed but only to an ok-ish extent, and the deciding factor is the weakness of the opposition?

I asking a serious question and not being provocative

So despite being overrated ( under loads of T20i averages wheeled out to buttress) , despite being old, despite being show ponies and prima donnas, they ONLY win because every other team was bad?

But those teams had current WI batsmen that would keep ‘hell no’ Pooran and Pollard and Russell out the team. Those teams had the benefit of every coach being better than piss poor Opiss and show pony Brabbits. And those teams were respectful to umpires and opposition batters and just played the game to the right spirit.
And they didn’t play in Trinidad because Trinidad only wins in Trinidad.

So again, the win was charity?

Tantemere, being a dunce, is someone who stops because someone tells him he will never be good.
voiceofreason, never give up, leave that thinking for people who don't try.

Imusic, people who cannot bat, don't have a resume with over 100 tons.

The fact that you have to resort to posting stats from a local division club match to attempt to find any glimmer of relevance for kraigg Brathwaite when it comes to batting, tells everyone all they need to know.
