back in....

De Kock has now been included in South Africa's white-ball squads to play Pakistan next month, after last appearing for the national side in June 2024, effectively ending his ODI retirement and T20I sabbatical.

I am not surprised he would want back in
De Kock was not de same batting Kock during our CPL....he deteriorated and was an ordinary looking Kock.
t20 bush leagues dont nourish de Kocks
Nicky Poo will learn dat too and will be back in maroon.

I have said this many times before.
When a player retires and seek out T20 leagues,
The issue is they have to remain discipline in their exercise, fitness and diet regime.

When on national duties, players have set regime.
However when not, they MAY lack discipline.
I cannot think of one player who retired and maintained his fitness and performance as before.

De kock is no exception to the rule.
I expect Pooran to deteriorate quickly.
I hope that I am wrong bout Pooran.

A solution is to have a fitness coaching team who will keep you on your mark.

Agreed.

It's clear that de Kock still feels he can perform at the highest level which is the international level and still wants to represent his country.

These T20 lickit bush leagues are only good for earning easy money.

Absolutely.....Pooran a big talent...... But possibility of return very remote.....Head Coach says....all players should be available for all formats..... whether contracted or not.......Pooran, wants only white ball cricket....
