Thank you!

Using your reasoning, it will most likely be the same for you when it comes to Sammy?

average to good cricketer.

Polly is a great cricketer at the club level (ie Franchise cricket). Ordinary at the International level.

pollard would have done better in a different international team. west indies cricket has been severely dysfuctional since 2010, when gayle was fired as skipper, the test careers of sarwan, bravo and brendan nash ended and so on. that means of pollard's 14 years as an international cricketer, 11 were spent in an organization in severe and constant chaos. players do not and should not be expected to perform under those circumstances. there are cricketers like carl hooper and keith athurton that did not play in dysfunctional teams but whose careers are rubbish. hooper played in a sde whch went unbeaten for the first 8 years of his career. pollard, an internationally respected cricketer, didn't have that luxury

Carl Hooper had a better career, left a better legacy, and had more talent in one of his toe nail clippings than all of Pullfraud's fat bloated arse.

Tell me this NotDinas - why does Pullfraud (and now PooPoo) only behave like a clown and dumbass in the CPL and not in the IPL, Big Bash, or English leagues?

Pollard has the right to speak his mind after winning the game.
These players are the best club cricketers around. Let's hope we see more international players coming from T&T.
This is the second time I have had a problem with the management of CWI.
I will support the Windward Island president when it cricket improves and international stars are making us proud.
If this group cannot produce one great player, how in god's earth can these individuals lead a group of Islands?

Sammy was selected solely because he is from the Windwards, and to devalue what little development process was in place, he was made the only selector and his reporting to a COC with no years of experience to handle the job.

The blind are leading the blind.
This region should fix its cricket before any person is given any leading authority in West Indies cricket.

I have no issues with that.

But it's beyond pathetic and hypocritical that Pullfraud is crying out about booing when he clearly revels in riling up the crowds and making an exhibition of himself on the field during the CPL tournament.

What I find interesting is that he, and guys like PooPoo, don't behave in this manner when they play in other T20 bush leagues like the IPL and Big Bash.

what legacy? being a supreme dunderhead that was too insecure to acknowledge a subservient role to Brian Lara, whose numbers were in the 60s while his were in the 30s? who left west indies cricket on the eve of a world cup because bajans called him fat.....HA

Living in a city where our neighbour has been so dominant, I get Pollard's attitude.
That's what winners do.
My memory of T&T cricket is seeing them fall, like dominoes.
As a Barbados cricket fan, I am so proud of our U15, U17 and U19 male teams.
CPL is not a sponsor of CWI, so I really don't support the product.

Winning is the key to blocking out the noise from the opponent.

trinidad has been the dominant force in white ball cricket since 2008. four out of the five t20 list A t20 titles.....6 of the super 50 titles since 2008, by far the most by any team, 5 cpls.........if the rest of the caribbean imitates what we have been doing, maybe WI cricket would not be in 7 doldrums the way it is today

Carl Hooper retired over 20 years ago and he’s still being revered globally as one of the most aesthetically pleasing batsman to have played the game!!!

I’ve been asking multiple times now what legacy will someone like Pollard leave behind what will we tell our grandchildren about him???

Opening can give you an entire monologue on someone like Kraigg Brathwaite and you guys have yet to give me anything of substance!!!

There used to be a time when we celebrated players for their international accomplishments. Now we are celebrating glorified club cricketers.razz
