Yes that would explain it. I mean who was responsible for financing that tour being played at a neutral venue? Should it not be Nepal as they are hosting?

Look, they had a crisis in Nepal the week before so any scheduled games may have been abandoned with no neutral venue bookable at short notice

That would have saved us the grief though
