I see nobody is talking about the Radar,the whole Caribbean criticised KPB for having it installed but it has started working for TT already.Yesterday the Radar led the TT Police to a stash of 1560 Kgs.of "Creepy Ganja"straight out of Colombia,The stash was hidden in the mangrove of the Caroni Swamp...worth $171.million,so there go on and "badmouth" the woman.When she say she wants to stop the bloodshed in Trinidad allyuh doh want to believe,allyuh doh care just like the PNM.The boats were discarded but were taken for forensics.
I suspect more criminal acts and criminals will be caught,PNM MUST BE PLEASED.

NAh man!! DOn't tell me you are one falling for Kamliars lie to justify her lies about the secret Tobago radar installation. True she is allyuh ( Jones, Stones and others ) Queen and Goddess but she can't defy the laws of physics;
For radar systems operating at microwave frequencies (like X-band or S-band), line of sight (LOS) is required to detect terrestrial objects such as boats or landmasses. The radar waves travel in a generally straight line, meaning they are limited by the Earth's curvature.
Key Factors:
Line of Sight Principle: Standard radar works very much like a visual system; if you cannot visually see the target on a clear day (due to the horizon or an obstruction like a hill), the radar typically cannot "see" it either.
Earth's Curvature: The primary limitation for marine and ground-based radar is the curvature of the Earth. The radar beam eventually rises above the surface of the Earth, creating a "radar shadow" or a blind zone beyond a certain range.
The radar equipment used in the Tobago installation is primarily purposed to detect aircraft and marine (limited by Line of sight) vessels.
Also there is a whole mountain (the Northern range) between Crown Point and Caroni !!
According to you, a drug boat with absolutly no engine escaped the substantial US military surveillance out on sea, as it made it's way here from Colombia, only to be detected by the contoversial Tobago ground installation, through the mountain range, over 100Km away?
No no no ... lol .... you don't have to be an RF engineer to know they on shit. 😅
I see they are backpedalling on some claims about this new magical radar.
They had started touting it's ability to assist in finding kidnap victims but have started retreating when called out !!
Alexander hits critics; says radar comments taken out of context
First he was spreading the gospel of Kamla:
On Tuesday, when asked whether the radar could help locate couple Derrick and Claribel Tardieu, who were kidnapped from their Monos Island home on Saturday, Alexander said, “Definitely!.."
Then when called out on the nonsense he backtracks:
Meanwhile Norman Dindial, former director of the National Coastal Surveillance Radar Centre and National Transformation Alliance leader, said the system is a battlefield-ready air-surveillance platform built for US strategic operations and offers no practical benefit to Trinidad and Tobago in a kidnapping response.
But speaking to Guardian Media via WhatsApp yesterday, Alexander insisted he never suggested police were using the radar to find the victims. He said he simply noted that if equipment used in a crime were detectable by radar, it could assist.
@notinsular
sometimes it isn’t worth your effort! 😀
anything Kamla dribbles, they will lap
because we time now
@Halliwell
You know what mate,I expeted that response from you and Notinsular 100%,you all were aware of Rowleys 10 years of chaos by the PNM Government, but never saw it fit to make one post about the position they left TT in.I am certain you all were aware,why on earth would they have lost 100000 of their votes,that speaks volumes, i don't have to say more just swallow that.Just deny everything PNM supporters will lap it up.
I would like to know why the opposition members and their leader are backing Maduro,that tells you so much,I do hope that KPB could stop the murders which is drug related,I hope the Radars continue to help in cutting down the drugs coming into TT like the one yesterday.There's no doubt that Maduro is a leader but of narcoterrorism and the rest.
I'll be looking at my MICROWAVE differently from now on.😆
If you haven’t seen my criticism of ALL leadership in TT, then you have different glasses to Vix
I don’t support a party
I support ANY action towards operational excellence and call out lazy, unaccountable leadership
& I don’t drink kool aid
@Halliwell
What is your view on the 2.5 million US dollar kidnap,first let me say what I think,the kidnappers are not Trinis but instead from a big drugs cartel and wants to make up for their losses with the US bombings.
You can laugh or call me stupid,I also feel that is only the start of worst to come and it's directed against the UNC and KPB.
@granite
Hmm ... Very speculative.
But more interestingly, what is your view of your dear leader, who when asked about the implication of this kidnapping, instead of expressing any empathy for the relatives her response was:
"It's fishy ! why such a high US dollar demand.".. As if implying the victims were involved in something illegal.
Maybe she didn't know but they operate a yacht servicing business and their clientelle are visiting yacht owners who can and do pay in Us dollars.
In any event, this is a Prime minister casting aspersions on kidnap victims.
Coud you imagine if your favorite "hobby horse" Keith Rowley were to respond this way, if say one of the Coosals were kidnapped? Social media and the UNC cabal would be exploding for weeks, or probably years.
@granite
I mean no ill will and I will never call you stupid. You have a bias towards your party and that’s fine, and normal.
You make an assumption that a foreign player can orchestrate a kidnapping in Trinidad, and I don’t yet see that as among the top most likely possibilities.
Iran is so facting follow-fashion ...

@notinsular
I may attempt to talk about "my dear leader".as you put it but i am not .I just never want to see or hear about Rowley again,and you talk about KPB words about her fishy statement,TBH anybody with some common sense would think that 250,000 US was fishy,the second I saw it I thought,wot's dat about,it's now turning out to be so.
Anyway more drugs were found in south Trinidad...Cap de Ville, almost 700 kilos of Ganja Guevaro did not give away much and I think that is good,don't give too much info.In 2 days Trinidad has has made drug busts that amounts to 227million dollars.I count that as brilliant,imagine how much damage that could have done to Trinidad and Tobago.During the UNC short reign they have done exceptionally well and I wish they continue.
2 Trinis were held in the waters of the US virgin Islands with 600Kilos of Cocaine,also in bust were 1 FROM St.Kitts and 3 from the Dominican Rep.CesarDiaz Abraham & Ronald James were the Trinis.
PS.Rowley during his 10 years have used some very nasty words about a certain part of TTs population,you should know that better than me coz I have lived in England for 56 years,I only became interested in TTs politics since Rowley's reign.I have no family the lives in TT and won't even think about going there,I only follow their football.
@granite
Don't they realize that the US has drones 24/7 around the Venezuelan coast that will supply information to T&T? They don't need the radar in Tobago; it's another false lead by the T&T government not giving away surveillance information.
Do like I do: let 'em bray.
I see Venezuelan oil comments and laugh at the experts here:
I have been to the city of eternal spring, "Caracas," and worked with its national oil company at its research facilities on the outskirts of its capital. We built them the identical upgrading/hydrotreating/hydrocracking plant, upstream/downstream, that was built for Syncrude Canada.
It will take 10 years plus 80 billion dollars to bring back Venezuelan oil to one million barrels per day. The largest oil refinery in Venezuela blew up a couple of weeks ago; it will take two years to come back online. Venezuelan oil is very heavy oil; it must be mixed with kerosene before it can be pumped. As noted, its oil refineries are not working. It must import kerosene from Iran or Russia to liquefy its heavy oil.
Then we are both deemed to be UNC supporters. If they can assimilate through our comments, we just want the best for citizens of T&T, nothing else. I am not aware of any politician or met any; I avoid them all.
@sgtdjones
Thank you sarg,I was coming back to say exactly what you said,I saw that USA is working in conjunction with Trinidad ad the Radars they just installed.That was how they worked out the drug stash in Caroni and also in Point,that is close to Venezuela,no problem.The UNC in 9 months have made busts that Rowley and PNM haven't made in 10 years.
