I wanted to say that Jamaicans were not showing much interest in this very big occasion,I didn't see the usual posters.About the match,why didn't Cephas start,I suppose the coach knows better.On paper I saw Jamaica qualifying hands down.

Lack of interest as a lot of Jamaicans are not in line with how this coach got the job as well as selection decisions he made.

I gather that Cephas had hamstring issues. Why did Bailey play the full game when he was both ineffective and bothered by cramps? Why the long balls? Why take Hayden out when there's no suitable CDM substitute? Taking out Reid and Hayden gutted the midfield but allowed the coach to play his favorite "bypass the midfield" long ball. The substitutions were both disastrous and head-scratching. On the other hand, the substitutions made my DRC were telling (especially their two wingers who made a mockery of the Jamaican full backs.
