Shamar Joseph to Kamindu Mendis, 2 runs, a better throw and that'd have been the end of Kamindu Mendis, he dives back and gets his fifty though - yorker length delivery on off and it's squeezed through mid-wicket, was always coming back for the second. Put in the big dive, but the return is wide and that's what saved him

Gone! runout ! Mendis tried to get back for two but fell short! He had to keep the strike! Top over by Shamar!

Shamar Joseph to Kamindu Mendis, out Kamindu Mendis Run Out!! 1 run completed. He's run-out now, tried to sneak in a second, but Holder's return is accurate and Shai Hope breaks the wickets, with the left-hander well short. OUT by a couple of yards and that's the end of ahandy innings from Kamindu Mendis. Clipped a leading edge that lobbed over mid-wicket - Holder ran in, collected the ball and then threw it back at the keeper.

Kamindu Mendis run out (Matthew Forde/Shai Hope) 51(39) [4s-4 6s-2]

Great job Jason and Shamar.

Oh a comical runout to end proceedings. 147/9 after 20. Top fast-bowling by Shamar and the wily experience of Holder, restrain Lanka to a less than par score. They have top slow bowlers like Theekshana and Hasaranga so something to defend.

Dilshan Madushanka to Shai Hope, FOUR, 135.2ph, full again, hint of inswing, a wild hoick across the line from the skipper. Thick inside edge and the ball eludes the diving short midwicket fielder to his right. Shai Hope gets off the mark with a boundary
