Yammie did the level of access on your accreditaion allow for you to be in the area you were?
Secondly, I have dealt with the Colonel more than once and was never treated harshly, could the fact that you were in the wrong area and "seemingly" arguing with his security personnel resulted in his behaviour?
Did you report his behaviour to the Media Manager?
