Sunil Narine- Update

fuzz_174 Dec 21, 2014, 7:27:57 PM

Since being barred from bowling in the Champions League in India in October, Narine returned to Trinidad and immediately began working on his bowling action with Kelvin Williams, who previously helped Sunil, when he was initially sent to Australia with Kevon Cooper a few years ago.

His action has improved a bit, however a few weeks ago Mr. Narine Visited the testing station in Cardiff, however his deliveries were found to be over the legal limit of 15 degrees.

He then returned home and is working towards correcting his action. He has expressed his interest to return to Trinidad Team for The Super 50 competition which starts in January 2015 and hopefully have his action re-tested and be available in time for the World Cup...

SHilly has been declawed.

You eh notice how he struggling to take wickets ?

As for Narine, after all the people who claim it was all a conspiracy, them stay silent now.

Think of all those bats sacrificed on the altar of that number one rating he and Ajmal were fighting over.

His WC Place looks very far fetched at this time..hopefully things will take a turn for the better.. WI Need Narine in the ODI/T20 Format

Its unfortunate that our two best spinners in ODI/ T20 and Test Cricket were both throwing.

Im not sure if they will ever return the same after correction. Look at Shilly. He can barely buy a wicket since he stopped bowlign the doosra and took on this remodelled action and if he does take any wickets people will rightly start wondering.

WI Need Narine in the ODI/T20 Format

If what you say is true it look like Narine go need WI more than how WI need he in any format for that matter.

Fact remains PCB did all they could to help Ajmal and look he is ready to come back.

Anywho if you pelting then hard luck but you deserve yuh ban although technically speaking he wasn't. If he cyah get his action legal then I just hope he saved the cash he has earned thus far.

Ajmal was playing for Pakistan.

Narine was playing T20 cricket for his club.

Shilly was on retainer and playing for WI and was helped and now he can play for WI if they choose to pick him.

Its very simple.

Narine is one lucky guy to get away with pelting for so long and make so much money lol

For a WI team to be successful they need quality players... If Semantics rule out all the better players there is no reason for WI to even think about winning.

Lets wish the young man well...

Hopefully his action could be straigtened out in a timely fashion..
