Let's first see if he considers today's violent act as Terrorism and, if so, where he thinks the terrorist should be tried.

The same goes for many senators and congress members who used to rail against Obama as being soft on the terrorists, who they thought should be sent to Guantanamo Bay for trial.

Obama wanted it closed, but like everything during his presidency, he was stymied by Republicans who created fear in those districts where the prisoners were to be relocated.
