The whingeing begins

Simon Wilde puts forth a good old fashioned English whinge in The Times as he looks back at England's exit from the World Twenty20 and utterly ignores the fact that England failed to post a challenging total. Bringing back memories of earlier rule changes following English defeat at the hands of the West Indies, it seems that Frank Duckworth will be coming to the rescue with some upgrades to the Duckworth/Lewis system.
