Omar Khan is new West Indies team manager
The new full-time manager of the West Indies team is Trinidad & Tobago's Omar Khan.According to information reacting CaribbeanCricket.com, Khan is expected sign a long-term contract to manage the senior team beginning with the home series against Sri Lanka.
Khan's appointment, ratified at a West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) meeting in Antigua on Sunday, puts him on a new-look management team that includes new head coach John Dyson.
The West Indies team has changed managers on a regular basis since the resignation of Ricky Skerritt in March 2004.
