WICB FC Competition

Top five shuffle spots, as Barbados, Guyana and Leewards Island fall further behind.

Victories by Combined Campuses and Windward Islands moved them up the tables in the top five as round three wound down today. The victory by Combined Campuses moved them into a tie at the top of the table.

Both Jamaica and England Lions gained first innings points in their drawn matches with Barbados and Trinidad respectively, while Trinidad fell to fourth place, 2 points ahead of Windwards Islands.

Barbados gained 3 points, while Guyana and Leewards went home empty-handed.

Round four continues on Friday 25, with Barbados in Guyana in a do or die effort for both sides. The team with full points from the match will stay in touch with the top five, while a draw will hurt both teams chances of making the semi-finals. Guyana will have to turn in a vastly improved batting performance if they hope to defeat Trinidad.

CCC will take on the strong England Lions batting side in Barbados, while Jamaica takes on last placed Leeward Islands in St Kitts.

Trinidad will travel to St Vincent with an unchanged squad to battle the Windwards.
