organization... Get the majority player support and overthrow WIPA as the default union/player contract negotiator....
Simple and fair.
I am sure the majority of WI players will agree that a few players should make the majority of the ~$10 million the WICB pays out to players annually.

You either select the players that played after the Indian tour, or you get WIPA to negotiate with the vets.
A hearing was heard of that tour, no negotiation was done afterward, Bigb spoke about not wanting to play test, indicating the money has not change for that format, not you are issuing the same contract to the players, that refused to sign it before.
It may make sense to you, but it has to be arrogance from the WICB and WIPA.

Sammy in his letter spoke of the money players earned in the last T20 WC, the Indian tour was aborted by money issue, get it right for fc-sake.
The vets are not stupid.
Jason Holder spoke about the ICC and the Big 3 after the Australian tour, it was about money
