well he is already a future hall of famer. Any player who go six straight NBA finals has to be respected.

It would be great for him to win one for his home city Cleveland. But he would need Irving and Love to step up and play their best ever basketball in the NBA finals to help him win a third Championship. He cannot do it by himself.

By jumping to the best team in an atrocious conference. ....yeah real great accomplishment.

As soon as the going gets tough manufacture a team to take his talents to.

The jumper.

Shows how truly watered down the East is

Jamie Foxx made a great point that wherever Lebron goes, he creates chemistry. The two times in his career that he's played for Cleveland, they were completely different teams. And he's been through numerous coaching changes. He's a guy most people want to play with, and it goes beyond his greatness or skill-set. Give the man his due credit.

If most people want to play with him why is HE the one making the move?

Because there's only so much any one team can do in terms of signing players. Go look at all the veteran acquisitions Miami made when they signed Lebron. Those guys went to Miami because they knew they could win a title with Lebron.

Why the hell do you think Kevin Love joined Cleveland? Who the hell wants to go to Cleveland?

Ummm...contract? Availability?

Ayenmol 2016-05-28 12:10:18

Really? The Bulls were able to sign players when they had Jordan AND Pippen.

Lakers signed Shaq while Kobe was in town.

Boston signed kG while they had other stars.

Miami signed him AND Bosh....while Wade was making a ton of cash.

Cleveland had to trade for Love who Did NOT want to go to Cleveland. ...

The whole idea that guys want to play with him is a joke when you use Miami as the example. Miami IS the draw.....If he was the draw, then it would not matter the city.

Interesting. Did Mo Williams and Richard Jefferson sign with Cleveland as free agents in the last offseason or was that a result of trades?

To be fair, it does seem that players would be more keen to play alongside LeBron than say, Carmelo smile

Way to minimize a great accomplishment. You sound like 99 percent of Jamacians i know in Bklyn. The mere mention of his name sends them into full anger mode. You should try to appreciate a great who has been doing it at the highest level from 18 to 31 and still going strong.

Bring on LeBron James. Can he beat Curry and Company?

James' career is an accomplishment. The 6 straight finals is not.

When you are playing with not 1 not 2 but 3 all stars on your roster you have an embarrassment of riches and not making the finals is shameful.

He should have had more rings by now. If Kobe or Jordan were playing alongside Bosh and Wade Miami would have done better than 2 rings.

Lebron will have another great NBA finals. Lebron will do what he always do but it is up to his team to play at their highest level. It is up to Cavs other superstars Irving and Love to really want a Championship.

Curry has teammates who are willing to play their best and help him and GSW defend their title. Should be an interesting NBA finals.

I have seen many great feats in hoops that did not result in championship rings. I think Lebrons first trip to the finals was a bigger accomplishment that his two rings. Jason Kidd drove the Nets to two finals and was as good as a guard can play. That in no way diminish how special he was. The old Jordan this or Kobe that argument is good for bars. The Bulls won over 50 games and came within a questionable call of going back to the dance the year after Jordan left.

Allen won a league MVP in a year when he shot 39 percent from the field. He shot it just about everytime down. Ask Webber if it was fun playing with him.
