Scary thing about Windies T20 team

jen 2016-08-27 21:57:05

Apart from Gayle (37), Samuels (35), Badree (35), all the others under age thirty apart from Bravo who is 33 and Simmons 31. A long dominance in line for us.

Charles, Fletcher, Russell, Pollard, Brathwaite, Narine between 27 - 29 years. Have Lewis as a young gun and Pooran in the wings.

Who the people them come fo see?
big grin big grin

We should focus our efforts on the T20 format. It's what we are good at, it's where the money is, and it's where the players want to be.

The WICB just need to stop fighting T20 players and go with the flow.

When are you going to stop saying that? When Test Cricket is dead and buried?

Any form of cricket is real cricket. The game is always evolving, first it was timeless tests. It was ball had to pitch in line for an lbw to happen, many things changed to make the game what it is today. The weight of the ball probably the only thing that hasn't changed.

I enjoy all forms of cricket.

Hehe, well folks, spinner have long shelf life so Badree go be around for some more years. Gayle back injury might curtail him sooner that later. Batsmen who rely on natural hand eye cordination does wear away faster so Samuels time may be limited. Simmons at 31 still has plenty of years and Bravo at 33 can still give windies 3 more good years. He's a lively cricketer, so don't think age gonna bother him anytime soon.

We good man, plus when Bravo goes, we done see Ravmon Powell coming up, Pooran lining up.

We need a replacement death bowler for bravo. Need a good t20 seamer as well. A spinning all rounder will be a good addition
