They produced two flat tracks in the series; one in the first Test, and now one in the last test.
In between they produced sporting wickets with something in it for the bowlers. England's best batting performances came on the flat tracks.

This is just day 1. England may still collapse in heap today

I'm fast becoming like Nick2020, Sudden, and JahJah. I didn't even watch a ball bowled on the first day's play.
In reply to Devin
So how do you know the track was flat?
In reply to Priapus
Devin is preemptive, he did not see any thread started about flat track after Moeen and Joe's inning but it's a guarantee when Kohli score big.
In reply to Priapus
Because England are scoring runs. And based on the description of the pitch by cricinfo.
Also, Moen Ali, while I like him as a cricketer, is not skilled enough to score runs on a pitch with anything in it for the
bowlers.
I'm surprised Cook isn't still batting, but it looks like Jadeja is all over him.
I did watch a highlights package of the wickets taken.
As Venkat said, the Pommie blowhard well collapse today.
Just because the pitch is flat on day 1 and day 2, it doesn't mean that there won't be assistance for the spinners as the match progresses.
England have won 4 out of 5 tosses, they've really mucked things up given how big an advantage it is to win the toss.
All the wickets in the Caribbean are flat, that's why the spinners thrive each and every year.
