Hope, Chase, Dorwich, Blackwood, Braithwaite,The Shiv, Heymeyer, of these youths continue to mature and can develop consistency, I think WI could be back in contention and ranking within the next 2-3 years. The Shiv although not a youngster but still has plenty cricket left in him.

The Selectors did the right thing by moving on from Chanderpaul, there comes a time when management has to think about the future even if the present is not good. Look at what Australia did, they lost badly against SA so they brought in many young players although many of the dropped players were still producing.
