The WICB has banned Bravo from all cricket under their jurisdiction until he agrees to meet them.
On what basis can they impose such a ban.
Is is time for West Indies players to take their cases to the international court as justice is slow or non-existent in these parts.

Look after the aborted Tour to India ,
& most of the Players who represent
the Region Internationally , decided to opt out of WIPA , I urged them to
COLLECTIVELY seek Law Firm that specializes in Contracts to Represent
them COLLECTIVELY .

My reasoning is that if they did that
COLLECTIVELY , the cost would not be as high as if they did that Individually .

I was & am of the believe that having
A UNITED FRONT IS MUCH MORE POWERFUL
than each Player having their own Lawyer .

Unfortunately my advice was not heeded . Obviously if they had done
what I stated in this Forum , Bravo
would not be alone , in his battle vs the Worst International Cricket Board
in the Commonwealth , aka , the WICBC .
It is not to late for them to

COLLECTIVELY HAVE A LEGAL TEAM TO

REPRESENT ALL OF THEM IN THEIR

BATTLES AGAINST THE WICBC .

I have no problem with your suggestion . My take is that both the WICBC & the
ICC need to appear in a Court , both
to answer for their failures to exercise Good Governance in their respective Stewardships .

I do not think that they would fail to appear if Summoned ; obviously if
that happens Bench Warrants can be issued to them .

The CAS has few limitations on what types of cases it can consider: As long as it involves sports, and both parties agree to the arbitration, pretty much any conflict is fair game.

Failure to attend is an option and this is where WIPA comes in, they can request that CAS become a final arbitrator in certain situations. What the court offers is transparency and fairness. The court can also ban the likes of Cameron from holding office for failure to carry out its rulings. Imagine an administrator promising Caricom heads not to go down a particular road and then ignore the agreement because they are no sanctions. With CAS they would not dare.

What nonsense is this? That's how it works.

You and I have an argument, I want you off my property, you've got to go.

A court has no power to command Bravo to

to meet with the folks who would sign his

Pay check.

Only Bravo can decide if West Indies cricket

is in Bravo's career ... going forward.

So in essence , The ICC & its Member Boards , are empowered to do anything they want without being hauled into Court .

I will not subscribe to that B... S...
I recommend that you look at the fact
that the Supreme Court in India , informed the BCCI in no uncertain Terms that they were not taking any
Nonsense from the BCCI .

At one point , the Court informed the
BCCI :

THAT THEY DID NOT OWN CRICKET IN

INDIA ; THE BCCI IS ONLY THE STEWARD

OF CRICKET IN INDIA .

My take is that the other Members of
the ICC , also do not own Cricket in their respective Countries . They are
merely the Stewards .

What I found very interesting , is the fact that the Judges verbally
assaulted the BCCI .
