Dunno if you know but superpowers don't depend on news sources or internet for this kinda info,any launch would be monitored and tracked in real-time ..even the portable buk missile that brought down MH17 was monitored and tracked straight to impact..any action would be initiated by satellite tracking and not twitter or cc.com..
