Breaking News .. The Acting Attorney General

POINT 2017-01-30 18:52:22

Sally Yates , currently the Acting Attorney General has told the Justice Dept
not to defend the Executive Order that
Trump has signed off on . Apparently
she is of the opinion that Trump's Order is unconstitutional .

Sally Yates was also in President Obama's Justice Dept . My understanding is that if Trump fires her , Trump will have to get some one
appointed , to execute the Executive Order issued by Trump , regarding
Trump's Order regarding not allowing persons with Green Cards into the Country .

I realized that long ago , He will now tell his Supporters that he tried .
In this Forum I have consistently stated this :

EVERY THING THAT TRUMP DOES HAS

ANOTHER ULTERIOR MOTIVE . TRUMP

IT MAKING SURE THAT HE GETS ALL OF

HIS PROMISES OUT OF THE WAY .

REGARDLESS OF WHETHER HE SUCCEEDS OR

FAILS .

Look he has stated today that he is going to name the Judge he wants to be on the Supreme Court Tomorrow .

He stated that he was going to make
the announcement on Wednesday , but now it is tomorrow , the reason why it is tomorrow is to attempt diverting the current attention of his Executive Order that has many people upset .

That aint going to work because the Media is catching on to his modus operandi ; which is to divert attention from his bad publicity , to
something else .

Bannon is the one whispering in his ear.

He is the real nemesis and brain in the Oval Office, not Trump, who is just the mouthpiece.

The goal is to throw out as many policies as possible and expect the usual backlash and pullback, irrespective of lawsuits and court hearings. They planned this out and are fully aware of what they are getting into. The problem is they are dealing with global issues, not the usual backyard business stuff they are used to.

Your assessment is correct , but it aint going to work all the time , sooner rather than later , I have just learned that Trump has fired the Acting Attorney General Sally Yates .

that is BS.of course he will try to make that claim but there has been two days of protests. a judge he claimed is an Obama appointee ruled against him at first. it really doesnt matter he would have found some lame excuse

man you think the protest over. every questionable Trump decision will be protested. people are embolden. the people who elected Trump are not necessarily the same people that he has to govern.

at some point the USA will grow weary of the protest and question themselves if not Trump.

in addition the DEMs know that the protestors are serious and will demand they oppose Trump in every way.

that is why Trump so badly wants to say he won the popular vote- he would have been able to say he has the majority behind him.

Acting AG, Sally was fired 20 minutes ago.

Trump has named a replacement, the catch is there is no one authorized to swear him in, So he has no AG and Sessions hearing has been postponed from tomorrow.

The point is – is this acting attorney general supposed to uphold the law or follow Trump’s political edict……..this is confusing --- well maybe not

Yes I wrote that . My take is that Trump has dug a deeper hole than before , because the Justice Department traditionally is Independent of the White House .

Now that will mean that Jeff Sessions , is going to be in the hot seat tomorrow , at his Confirmation Hearing

I have absolutely no doubt that the
Democratic Party Senators will demand that Jeff Sessions does not become a Rubber Stamp of the White House .

We are seeing it seems shades of the " Saturday Night Massacre " which happened during the Nixon Administration .

It seems that other Officials in the
Justice Department , from the Obama
Administration , may also resign en masse .

To be honest, Trump is just an attention grabbing loudmouth. Pence is the one I fear more. evil

POINT 2017-01-30 22:38:44

Trump as also just fired the Head of the Immigration Department . In essence Trump is trying to state that it was the persons he fired fault for all the turmoil regarding the Green Card Messy Business .

As always Trump is attempting to escape responsibility for the Green Card Mess , I seriously doubt that the
Majority of people in America will be
willing to give Trump a Free Pass regarding this Issue .

My take is that since Trump selected Pence , the latter is going to be seen as Trump's Stooge , so that both of them are going to be tarred with the same Brush .

That being the case Pence obviously is going to be tied to Trump . That aint going to help Pence's Cause .

There is another side to his madness. He is doing it because he knows that 2018 is fast approaching. The congress and senate could return to the Dems - they will make his governing a living hell if they control the congress and senate.

With all these protest going on, the voters will not forget next year. Remember, he did not win the popular votes.

My take is that this whole Mess is going to have an adverse effect on the
American People in 2018 .

Trump's approval rating more than likely may not be very high in 2018 , due to this , and possibly other matters that may popup .

In my opinion the ACA , aka Obamacare
is going to loom large in 2018 , because the Republican Party has no viable plan to replace Obamacare .

Your assessment regarding the fact that he did not win the Popular vote
and the fact that his approval rating is low looms large in 2018 , and as a result the Republican Party & Trump may pay a very heavy price .

The fact that Trump has still not released his Tax Returns will also be a factor in his reelection . Also his
coziness with Vladimir Putin may come back to haunt him .
