Round about the same time they apologize to the rest of the world for being such a embarrassment to the American people.

Trump/WH apologized to the Brits almost immediately for the same accusation that they leveled at Obama three weeks ago.

So if a equals b and b equals c, shouldn't it follow that a also equals c......?

Trump is taking the presidency down to lows beyond anyone's living memory and the blame is not all his. Apart from McCain and to a lesser extent Lindsay Graham, he's not getting the push back his actions demand from any of the top Republicans.

Don't they know that aiding and abetting carries a penalty only slightly less severe than the crime itself and that they're being tarred with the same brush in the eyes the rest of the world ...?

That they're admonishing him privately is unknown but if so, it's not working. Ryan and McConnell et al need to start being more vocal so that decent peeps can know that everyone in the Republican party is not a baseless moron.

Listen Bro, I'm in complete agreement with you.

But surely you know very well that this "administration" contains people who have absolutely no business being in government much less the executive branch. The Trump WH can only be characterized as woefully incompetent, negligent, and utterly devoid of diplomacy and tact.

The Republicans find themselves in a curious position. We know that many of them find Trump distasteful (see Paul Ryan's comments about Trump secretly recorded and recently released). But they also know that they were bested by Trump during the primaries and he has garnered a huge amount of support with their own base. They could take the courageous route and speak out against some of the insanity emanating from the WH and risk pissing off and alienating voters in their own base or they could do what they are doing now: playing along and using Trump to push through items from their own agenda and lobby groups ie. health care and rolling back environmental laws.

Many of the Republicans are scared of this guy. He's a novelty in American politics. Never has the country had this type of populist off the wall President with such a fierce cult like following. Interesting times ahead.

They will never apologize to Obama because that will contradict their whole narrative of white supremacy. Obama must be depicted as an imposter, a failure and corrupt.

Trump stands by wiretapping allegations, tells German leader they have 'something in common perhaps'

Now he claims he has (Obama's) wiretapping in common with the Germans. I wonder if he is going to stop there, or he's going to claim (actually admit) that he also shares Nazi idealism with the Germans.
