Can someone tell me how much the Tourism industry brings in (Revenues) versus other sectors. I tried looking this up as was surprised how hard it was to find good data.

CIA World Factbook

GDP - composition, by sector of origin:
agriculture: 2.8%
industry: 11.7%
services: 85.5% (2016 est.)
Agriculture - products:
sugarcane, vegetables, cotton
Industries:
tourism, sugar, light manufacturing, component assembly for export
I believe when I last saw some figures (about 5+ years ago) Tourism was 18% and Offshore/Banking was 30%.
The numbers would have changed and I am sure tourism has increased due to the decrease of the others. I am not sure where you are going with this but Barbados is very reliant on foreign people coming to see what the natives are up to.

Thanks, I can't seem to find anything that says here is how much in dollars that tourism brings in versus others sectors. It seems that it always gets lumped in with "Services". So for instance I was looking at the Imports/Exports ratio for Barbados and it has a huge negative Current Account balance, but I know a huge piece that is missing is the revenue from tourism and services....

I hope you not looking to capsize the present ship in BIM, you got even TheTrail worried
All the airlines and hotels are booked outside of Bim.
Bikinis and suitcases are purchased outside
The majority of the hotels are owned by foreign entities.
All local tours are booked thru these entities.
The real revenues are from the seashell earrings and the rasta carvings.
