Good chance for players to raise their hands. Let us try to finish strong.

Good to see we got at least 3 players heading to the WIPXI
and still having a pretty descent side.
Got to say the advent of the Professional set up has really allowed the LI team to grow. Perhaps not at the speed most would like. But Rome wasn't built in a day.
The admin though, still needs a lot growing up to do.

The bowling looks suspect as Berridge is an unknown at this level but he knows the Warner Park pitch, Campbell is decent, Louis and Tonge will have to bowl well but Seamers on this track can be expensive. Ambris and the Windwards murdered us on that same track so the bowling will be under some real pressure. TnT batting is inexperienced and without Kyle Hope they are weakened but they still managed to beat a decent Barbados team in Barbados last round.

Batting wise on paper it looks decent with Hodge, Bonner, Hughes and Carty and we have batting all the way down so we could fight. I selected Sherwyn Peters over Otto as he could bowl a bit and he has a FC ton to his name. He needs to take the opportunity. They will be severely tested by Richards, Primus, Pierre and Khan so TNT has a goodish bowling attack.

Our biggest problem is a tournament. We need a regional 3 day tournament to identify players for the draft.

Also on another note this is the first game with Stuart Williams in charge. Not really happy with the way Benjie was unceremoniously dismissed or sent on leave but that is West Indian cricket for you. The plan was always for Stuart to replace Benjie as he joined the team since the Super50 but Benjie did some decent work with the team and I believe he had done enough to warrant an extension.
