I bet he would like to detach that island in the pacific from the mainland while he's in office.

No sir...he can bark all he wants...the Judge's order stays unless/until overruled by the Supreme court.

Folks in America there are 3 coequal branches of the Government .
THE PRESIDENT & CABINET .
CONGRESS , WHICH CONSISTS OF
THE SENATE & THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES .
THE SUPREME COURT .
The President proposes what he/she wants to do .
Congress passes or rejects what
the President proposes to do regarding various Laws ; or Changes .
The Supreme Court decides the
Interpretation of Past & Present Laws proposed & passed by Congress .
In essence , these 3 Branches are
endowed with equal Power , in my
opinion the Supreme Court because it is the final arbiter of decisions made by the President & Congress
has the final say . Therefore , in my
opinion the Supreme Court has the
most Clout , since its decisions has
a lot of Clout .
Congress can vote down whatever
a President wants to do . The idea
scenario for getting things passed
smoothly is to have the President
; the House of Representatives &
the Senate ; belonging to the same
Party .
Currently the Republican Party is
in control of the Presidency ; the
House of Representatives ; & the
Senate .
However , regarding say Immigration , if that ultimately gets
to the Supreme Court , the Court
will be the final Decider .
