at a combined inning average of 113 in this recent test series (18.86 X 6)....two of them average 146 (73.13 X 2) and one of them is de #8 batsman....that right there is the difference between winning 2-0 and losing 1-2....if you look at the overall performance in the series...the bowling is de reason for being competitive!
6 consecutive innings of mediocre batting by the top order is screaming fuh change...I will persist with KB and Hope from that six....the others need to be considered for dropping!

KB and Hope stay but you don't consider sticking with Powell? nah... If you consider dropping powell then everybody who bat before Chase can hold a seat. At least Powell looked like he was in control but just gave away his wicket mostly through bad shot selection and overconfidence. The rest looked out of their league.

I had expected everyone were to score runs, except Gabriel! Anyway, nuff respect to maaga man, RC, who was outstanding....
