Mr. Chase, take a bow.
Gabriel and Holder have shown some improvement so I am hopeful.
Braithwaite has some technical issues to work out.
Hety needs proper grooming and coaching.
the others, what else is there to say...

One genunine test class player
In reply to Bigzinc
I will give Dowrich one more chance the only problem I have is the simple mistakes behind the stumps. The last two series he really has got on my nerves with it
His batting normal nothing special but better than the top 5 most of the times.
As for Shai Hope I honestly expected better in tests

The 20 year old Al Jo.
Lots of promise, and will certainly grow into his position.

agreed. Joseph is an exciting prospect.

He needs 2-3 solid years of first class cricket. If he gets that he will become a very good Test batsman.
Young team. Will take their beatings and learn. Good group with competition for positions. Much better situation than years ago. They are focused on West Indian cricket.
Everyone is now heralding Chase as the lone test player...the last time I looked we had 11 test players. World standard? We have 4-6 at a minimum...and if we were to plug a few gaps, we can be contending for honors.
Stop dumping on the players...they are there representing us!

Man...world standard means that they are playing for their team in world cricket...India have many world standard players that can't make their team, and they may be better than the ones playing in the top 5 teams in the world, but you never hear about them.
So what does world standard mean again?
Chase braithwaite Holder Gabriel are all clearly test standard.
Hope Hetmyer Joseph Powel Dowich should become so
Bishoo is test standard sometimes
Test team is not in too bad a shape considering how young it is.
