The Conservative party is under pressure to sack one of its MPs after she used the N-word at an event while talking about Brexit.
Anne Marie Morris, the MP for Newton Abbot in Devon, was recorded casually using the term at the East India Club in London, where she was appearing on a panel to talk about Brexit alongside Tory colleagues Bill Cash and John Redwood.
Now Im sure there will be many people wholl challenge that, but my response and my request is look at the detail, it isnt all doom and gloom, she said in the recording made by Huffington Post. Now we get to the real nigger in the woodpile, which is, in two years what happens if there is no deal?
Tories 'urgently investigating' after MP uses N-word at public event
What a surprise! One can just imagine how these right-wing Brexit Tory MPs carry on in private conversations!

These tories can't help themselves. This is how they talk normally at their all white Bullington club dinner parties.

That's why I find black Tory MPs infuriating... Kwasi Kwarteng, Sam Gyimah and Adam Afriyie are particular embarrassments to me!!

Roast breadfruit the lot of them. As for the Asian members of the tories my father had a phrase for them too.
Brown sahib.

Bet we have them all over, even if in small numbers:
In the USA we have a few prominent ones- one even ran for President and one sits in the US Supreme Court- the common denominator is their faith- both are radical evangelical fundamentalist.
In the Caribbean- they are dying off, but not without a fight- they are called Afro Saxons- Tony Becca, Selwyn Richardson for example. Many of them in the Caribbean still hold prominent positions in media, academia or government

Brown sahib.
Your father is correct, the term originated in India during the British rule and when these Brown Sahibs were spies and house servants for the British.

Uncle Tom is one thing...but what is the correlating word in India...

But Brown Sahib is the correlating word in the sub continent
In reply to NineMilesYou are so right,I sometimes can just guess some of their conversation. Some years ago I got a job in computers and next to my room were two blokes,ex Army men in their early 30s.They were Supervisors so they would tell everybody what's to be done and then sit in their office, their conversation was all about,P***S,W**S,N****S,the nasty thing about it was, they were talking loud so I can hear.
