I don't think so. Jack is a strong and confident man and no trump up charges by an out of place American prosecutor can change that.

Jack will prevail because he has good in his side and those who wish him imprisoned in a foreign jurisdiction, in a country where many see football as foreign, will surely be disappointed.

Jack only sin was he operated in a method that was normal in FIFA and the British was upset their royalty wined and dined him in return for a WC vote, for which he did not give them.

Selective morality does not work for me.
If yuh political opponent is a thief you call him out and when your political ally is a thief you call him out too.

Well you cannot selectively prosecute FIFA officials while others who were equally corrupted go on their merry way. Every official at FIFA over the past 30 years were corrupted and the DNA of FIFA is built on corruption and racism. Jack and a few others cannot be the fall guy while the others roam free.

What is clear is that those who tried to share FIFA's power and influence to Africa and other disadvantage parts of the world and away from the European elite were targeted and anyone who tries to deny this fact is either naive or badly misinformed.

How many people get away with murder? How many get away with burglary? Should all those found guilty be let loose unless and until all murders are solved?

Shot. The blinding light of that logic has the Emir transfixed. Will he dig further into illogic?

Lots of folks want to see Jack go dong. He is not clean, but the double standard is striking, he was part of an organization that was woefully corrupted yet they expected him to be a like an Imam.

The bad thing about this was Jack had to fight racism and elitism from old world powers in the inherently corrupted organization and he came out top by beating them at their own game.

Now our own West Indian people and too many misplaced Trinis have jumped on the persecute Jack bandwagon

I am not sure on what grounds is Chrissy expressing concern over Jack's fretting over his longevity or physical demise. I know the fret cannot be about old age, because Chrissy could be Jack's grandmother.

So, if she is concerned about Jack's physical demise well, she should also be doubly concerned about her eminent earthly exit.

Can an old soul be so badminded and miserable?

big grin

And I guess the pious old European elitist guard at FIFA is continuing on their merry way, no handcuffs, no jail, no sanctions, no anything.

Only the black man who tried to help African and Asia move on up got persecuted in the old guard media, by an out of place American prosecutor, and unfortunately by some of our own misguided West Indians who miserably failed and continue to fail to see the bigger picture.

Don't bring that racial solidarity crap to me.

I do not defend malfeasance, thievery or corruption, regardless if the perpetrator happens to look like me.

My sense of morality is not dictated by the passport of the offender nor the amount of melanin in his background.

A crook is a crook is a crook - I don't care if he is Black, white or pink!!!

Really?

Do the names Sepp Blatter,Michel Platini, Jerome Valcke, etc ring a bell to you?
