The morning after....a massive big up to the British quartet of CJ Ujah, Adam Gemili, Danny Talbot and Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake for winning GOLD...slaughtering the Yanks and the Yardies in the process! lol lol

CJ Ujah - born in Enfield, London, family are originally from Nigeria.

Adam Gemili - born in London and is of Iranian and Moroccan descent.

Danny Talbot - born in Trowbridge, England - Talbot's father is British and his mother is half Trinidadian.

Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake born in Newham, London to Jamaican parentage. His family relocated to Jamaica when he was age thirteen. Having already competed extensively as a child in England.

That's what makes Great Britannia great with all this mix up mix up! lol

Still waiting for you to congratulate the British 4x100 team on winning GOLD!

Yu begging for the licks in the years to come.

Hol' tight. big grin

PS: Mitchell-Blake brought with him mediocre talent which Jamaica molded into a World class one. Had he not spent his BEST years in Jamaica he wouldn't even have come 4th! I decided! lol Yeah, he competed extensively...as in making up numbers and getting licks. IN the land of wood and water, he was improved upon 100 fold.
big grin

Let us know when you Ghanaians need a lesson. Y'all are shyt at everything you do. lol

Why don't you try to be gracious in defeat for once in your lifetime? It will make a better man of you, you know!

BTW, saw Mama-boy McLeod bawling on TV this morning...river of tears running down his cheeks. He immediately reminded me of you on how you carry-on on this board! razz lol
