Can't say I blame him after his shocking treatment on this tour..

Bishoo looked like he downed tools

Jason Holder is a defensive captain.
Bishoo is not a defensive bowler.
Jason is uncomfortable with a leg break bowler bowling to left handers he prefers Chase taking the ball away to slips, more of a defensive tacit.
Bishoo will bowl when Holder has no other option i.e the other bowlers have gone long periods without taking a wicket. Or he must learn to follow instructions and bowl wide of off stump and the batsman gets himself out.
Note in the last test match Bishoo did not bowl to the tail, no chance of taking cheap wickets. Ok well!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny. The first ball Bishoo bowled in the Third Test got a wicket. It was his leg-break (an off-break coming in to the left-handed batsman) and he got him plumb.

By then Holder has conceded defeat, first time Bishoo bowled before Chase.
He was allowed to bowl how he wanted to bowl and not as instructed by captain.

Hola...something stinks here.....Holder has been just a luck selection based on LLoyd...Holder is average..as a player..when you have mediocre players named as captains thats the results you will get....
I have no time for Holder...he needs to fight for his place....
His not wanting to bowl Bishoo is his inability to understand what CRICKET is all about...
Thats it.
