It must be tough for CNN to take a break from Trump bashing because of a Lil ting like a hurricane. Someone ought to be fired. 
I flipped between CNN, Fox and CBC while communicating with friends in Orlando. All joking aside I think Caribbean got the worst of it.

CNN and main stream media over-dramatize the storm, which drives viewership of course. Unfortunately... and to be clear there is no scientific value in reporting in the mad-ass blowing wind and pelting rain.... it solely adds dramatic effect. Instruments report everything we need to know about the storm, not reports with mics.
This is poor journalism.

Media is a business and this was a chance to maximise the bottom line. One can argue about the ethical aspects, sensational journalism etc.
