CWI confirms management team axing
In a release yesterday, CWI said it would be setting up a new management support structure for the team ahead of Sri Lanka Womens tour of the Caribbean starting October 4.
Recent media reports said head coach Vasbert Drakes, along with Ezra Moseley and Stuart Williams and operations manager Ann Browne-John had all been removed from their positions.
Experienced Hendy Springer has been named as head coach and former West Indies head coach, Gus Logie, as his assistant, in an interim management team.

POINT always (ok, almost always) has good points.
His issue is that he suffers from verbal diarrhea, which, when combined with redundancy (his other aliment), drives a reader to drink.

He writes 'War and Peace' and expects others to read it in its entirety. Point does not understand the value of brevity or perhaps he's just in love the sound of his fingers on the keyboard.
I no longer read his posts because I don't want to get stuck in my chair for an unhealthy lengthy time and as well, I don't expect to get anything new form them..

The whole crew, right down to the physio, axed. Oddly enough, the entire set of players have been retained.
Good luck to the team going forward, mind you.
