UWI Lecture on Issues on International Affairs
The UWI Open Campus of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Legalease SVG, on Thursday August 10th, hosted a lecture on the topic, "Any cook can govern: Plato, Donald Trump and the rise of Caribbean Businessmen Politicians". The Lecture was presented by Dr. Tennyson Joseph, Head of the Department of Government, Sociology and Social Work, UWI

Will give it a listen later. Earlier this year he wrote an article in the Barbados Nation on the same subject. I do not recall all the details but he did bring to the attention of the Caribbean public the recent decision of the St. Lucia government to outsource it's budget preparation to an accounting firm. The mind boggles.

I have just checked it , Thanks Very Much . I found it very interesting that the Prime Minister of St. Lucia
has given Ernst & Young the Authority to deal with the Budget of St. Lucia .
Dr. Joseph's comparison between Donald Trump & the Prime Minister of St. Lucia very Telling .
