I thought the same thing about Lewis, then with an interview with sky he expressed his desire an passion to play in the IPL.Going as far as saying test cricket will have to take a back seat for now. Am now questioning his loyalty.

I heard it too Silver but I have have a different spin. He could possibly be eyeing ODI cricket and then step up to test.
Just my opinion but I am also cognizant of the fact that the TITS have set a precedence in T20 and he might very well be attempting to follow suit.

You will find out what it is when Hypotwissy bitch slap you
I also like the look of young Odean Smith.
Courtesy and I wish there was an academy or 6 in the region.
This is one thing he and I definitely agree on!

And then an IPL contract, like the boy from Essex Tymal Mills, million dollar contract straight away.

In CPL he gave up 14 runs off two no balls. Hopefully any T20 dreams do not end up like that.

Ah want a real discussion on dis:
I liked both O. Smith and O. Thomas. Both have pace and there is not much difference between them in that department. Now what about the other skills: ability to swing the ball or cut it off the pitch, ability to bowl long spells, tight lines, bouncers, yorkers, demonstrated thinking ability, batting ability, fielding competency?
When I throw Leverage in with them, I think the pace is cranked up to a sustainable high level. I don't think Sri are going to like dis! I expect dem to run to square leg, cause dese boys are going to bring it. (ok, ok, I know Smith is not in de squad).
Keon J is not a bad seamer either, but I think I'd prefer to see Smith included at the expense of Cottrell. But Cottrell deserves his pick based on performance. I just don't like his action.

I'd like to have a closer look at Smith before I venture a comment...but I like what I see in Oshane.
I have not seen much of Leverage and the lil that I have seen he was not that accurate...but let me see a lil more of him.
If we can get two of them in the test team I'll be happy...I am looking for 7 more test players (lil Bravo is included in those who qualify for tests).

Leverage has the goods ...but all of our pacing prospects need developing in the mental and tactical aspects of the game..and hopefully they would be handled properly ...and not rushed! Joseph, Gabriel, Roach...are the best 3 we have..
But Beaton and these 3 Jamaicans really have me excited....
Tired of these 6ft6inch medium pace bowlers...

Thomas swings the ball away from the bat and he does not appear to over extend to achieve his pace. He has the height to generate bounce on most wickets.
Odean has good control, slight leg cutter. He is shorter and doesnt get the same bounce as Thomas, so he might have to do more with the ball.
Leveridge to me runs in and bowls as fast as he can without regard to direction.
I still have a few questions about Beatons action.
I think Cottrell can bowl faster and be very effective.
This Jamaican attack could be terrifying on our dicey local wickets.
