Of ALL Cricket Boards in the Region ??There is a lot of Talk about the Responsibilities of Players .

My take is that before WE get to the
Responsibilities of Players WE need to
start at the Top , and first address the Responsibilities of the WICBC/CWI
and also the Regional Boards .

These , in my opinion must be addressed before addressing the Responsibilities of the Players .

It would be informative , if you went into much more detail regarding being
Good and not being Evil .

Specificity hopefully will bring Clarity to what you mean , so that
others can fully understand your perspective .My query is not a got you scenario .

Just as I expected , My Critics are in Hiding . I find it very interesting that many have roundly criticized Our
Players , while uttering nary a word
about those in the governance of Cricket in the Region .

I will always take very strong objection to that cockeyed point of
view ; because in essence those who criticize the Players are simply making Our Players Scapegoats for the
Ills of Cricket in the Region .

It would nice if the Critics of the Players seriously reflect on the utter Stupidity they utter before ascribing blame to the Players .

Our Players are not empowered to demand the duration of Camps ; nor the duration of Warm up Matches .

They are also not empowered to demand
Coaches being in attendance at Camps or Warm up Matches .

The gist of what I am stating is that
it is those who are in control of West Indies Cricket to do these things .

My perspective is that the WICBC/CWI
has been and is derelict in its responsibilities to ensure that OUR
Players are very competitive in the
International Cricket Arena .

IN ESSENCE , MY PERSPECTIVE IS VERY

SIMPLE ; TO MAKE MONEY YOU HAVE TO

SPEND MONEY THERE AINT NO FREAKING

SHORTCUTS .

Obviously then the onus is on the
WICBC/CWI to spend more of its Financial Resources to ensure that Our Players are very competitive in
ALL aspects of the game .

It is very interesting that the High Performance Center is closed , and I
have not heard or read any of the Faux Sports Journalists in the Region
being critical of this utter Stupidity , nor have I heard about
a fitting replacement .

It is utter Stupidity to expect top
performances from Our Players , when
not enough money is spent harnessing & honing their Skills .

Frankly it is asinine to believe that
Cricket Fans will turnout to see Our
Players play Cricket when their Skills have not been harnessed & honed ; and suffer stinging defeats
especially in the longest version of the game .
