Dixon is too old for this. Only 7 overseas born players in keeping with Jamaica's quota system.

I can understand a quota system up to U17 however U20 players are now professional players and a feeder team for your Senior National Team. Even then limiting the team to 6 outfield overseas born players is ridiculous.

Maybe I am being biased as I wanted to see the following players in Jamaica's program as they look like quality youngsters. They are not available in February as it is not a FIFA window but hopefully we qualify for the next round in June 2024 and they are included. Most of them are in England's youth set up but I understand they have their Jamaican papers.

True Grant (Manchester City), Bailey Cadamarteri (Sheffield Wednesday), Omari Benjamin (Arsenal), Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City), Michael Golding (Chelsea), Ishé Samuels-Smith (Chelsea), Ethan Williams (Manchester United), Tyrese Hall (Tottenham Hotspur), Zak Lovelace (Rangers)

Your wish will in all likelihood not happen. Please remember the National teams are there to showcase local talents to scouts.

There are a couple local talents I expect good things from. Christopher Ainsworth who is in the U20, Malachi Douglas and Kaheim Dixon who are too old now for this U20.

If it was a local coach the JFF would find away to ignore Butler's players. John Wall stuck to his guns and chose 4 Phoenix players. Remember how the one Fuzzy said Dujuan Whisper Richards was not good enough for U20?

He pretty much refused to play the overseas Jamaicans as well and if my recall is any good, he deemed Lembakisa not good enough to make the squad.

Is it true that Dennis Chung labeled the Phoenix players as ‘unattached’?

That is what I understand, stating that Phoenix was an unregistered academy but apparently they are registered with St. Ann. Why St. Ann I don't understand but maybe Butler and KASAFA are at odds as well.

Too much politics in Jamaica's football and the young players suffer. Can you imagine, you as a 17 year old is called to play for your country and the JFF post on social media shows you as unattached? It should have been a proud moment for you and your family instead it is all cass cass and passa passa.
When you are a part of an academy that produced Leon Bailey and Dujuan Richards? That was cruel to the young men.

Yeah..this JFF reeks of corruption….
Look for John Wall and even Grimmy to be fired soon…if you dont play their game you’re on a short fuse

Jamaica got lucky. I have to say these coaches are good at recruitment but they make Tappa Whitmore looks like Pep Guardiola

Jamaica 1 Martinique 0
Bermuda 2 Grenada 1

Bermuda leads the group. Only the group winner progresses to the next round.

Yard on a winning roll thus far! Chelsea should have given Whisper a run, but those guys seek to protect their investment at all cost!

Whisper will be in the Senior Team. We need to cut the quota for June. There are at least 13 players ready to take Jamaica to glory.
