St. Barthélemy is also one of the safest countries in the Caribbean in 2023 with crime rates estimating that fewer than 1000 violent crimes occur here annually.
Property and theft crimes are more common in St. Bart's, so travelers should keep an eye on their belongings and stay alert when walking through public areas.
Barbados has Drug-related crimes and human trafficking are the biggest concerns here but are easily avoided by tourists taking normal safety precautions.
Martinique has very little crime overall. Petty crimes (ATM theft and pick-pocketing) are more common here than violent crimes.
The Cayman Islands, including Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac, enjoy low levels of crime and high safety levels.
It's worth noting that while it's safe overall, crime rates in the Caymans have been on the rise in recent years, especially around Fort-de-France.
Aruba is known for its safety and low crime rates, making travelers feel safer and less worried about visiting than in high-crime islands.
Still, moderate increases in crime rates (mostly petty crimes) in recent years should be noted.

Oh Wow!! I had no idea there was a Fort-de-France in the Caymans. I thought Fort-de-France was the capital city of Martinique.

Fort-de-France is Martinique capital its the only thing the survey got wrong. Surprise Bravos and jumpy didn't come on yelling its Port-of- Spain not Fort- de- France which is the safest city.
