Marcia Errskine's sudden death

really shocked many folks. Marcia was born in T&T - Trini mum, Guyanese dad and a Jamaican husband. Had a brilliant journalism and PR career. Looking like a heart attack led to a fall at home.

I have seen reports where even during exercise people die, that said, physical exercise helps a little!

Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is valuable in every way, because it promises life both for the present and for the future - but I know your take on the future part!
