Umpiring has been usually extremely poor.

Should find the finances to use a (partial) DRS system at one venue next year during the list-a or fc season and put the umpires on notice.

Same should happen with umpires....drop dem skunts.

But maybe they don't have sufficient top class umpires on the international circuit
Maybe increase their pay to attract better quality umpires

Would you take the job with the possibility of a fine for every human error, especially a job which sole role is decision-making?
