Karma is a wonderful thing. Michael Slater was one of the nastiest, vile disgusting, and dishonest human being to play the game. In 2004? the Indian vice captain Rahul Dravid stood his ground after a fake appeal for a catch from a bump ball. Slater proceeded to berate the vc in the most disgusting manner. Not satisfied he walked to the umpire Venkataraghavan and unloaded on him as well. Skipper Steve Waugh stood Stone-faced at mid off. And why not? Slater was doing exactly what he taught them. What was it Waugh called it? Mental disintegration.
Karma is not a b****. It’s a wonderful thing. You eventually get what you deserve.

Thanks meh sister.
Chrissy I don't know if you caught this piece I had written back in 2018.

I shared the view that Australia’s winning record relied heavily on psychological confrontation – something that Steve Waugh called ‘mental disintegration’. But according to Aussie Sport psychologist, Jeff Bond, this mental disintegration was nothing more than a glorified name for sledging and abusive conduct towards one’s opponents. Steve Waugh’s Australians have insulted, verbally abused, and intimidated just about every test cricket nation in the world.
And it had been my contention that a list of these abuses ought to go along with Waugh’s winning record.
